These terms cover two things: use of this website, and use of Ignium Books, a private internal tool operated by Ignium Consulting.
The content here is provided for general information about our services. It is not coaching, legal, financial, or tax advice, and it does not create a consulting relationship. Engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Ignium Books is internal software built and operated by Ignium Consulting for its own bookkeeping. It is not a product. It is not licensed, sold, distributed, or made available to any other person or organization, and no public account registration exists.
The only authorized user is Ignium Consulting itself. The tool accesses one QuickBooks Online company — Ignium Consulting's own — under credentials held by the company and revocable by it at any time.
All content on this site and all code in Ignium Books is the property of Ignium Consulting.
This website and Ignium Books are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Ignium Books performs bookkeeping tasks that are reviewed by the company and by its accountant; it does not provide tax advice and does not replace professional judgment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignium Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
