This policy covers this website and Ignium Books, a private internal software tool Ignium Consulting uses to manage its own accounting records.
If you contact us or book a call, we collect the name, email address, and any details you choose to send. We use that information only to respond to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Ignium Books is an internal bookkeeping tool. It is not offered to the public, not sold, and not available for download. It connects to a single QuickBooks Online company — Ignium Consulting's own — and reads and categorizes that company's accounting records.
It handles no data belonging to clients, customers, or any other organization. It collects nothing from website visitors.
Data retrieved from QuickBooks is stored locally on a single company-owned, encrypted computer. It is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. There are no sub-processors. There is no analytics or tracking of any kind in the tool.
Access credentials are stored in a permission-restricted location on that same computer and can be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks connected-apps settings.
Website enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. Accounting data is retained locally as long as it is useful for bookkeeping and for supporting our accountant, and is deleted by deleting it from the machine. No copies exist elsewhere.
This website uses only what is necessary to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
